Kita enjoy nonton N.E.R.D di Sunburst 2009 (bagi yang menontonlah) tapi rupa-rupanya penganjur tak hormat kerajaan yg tak kasi permit. Macam mana tu?

"Kalau promoter dah tamak memanglah gitu," kata teman aku dan aku mulakan cerita fakta ini dengan semua yang fakta sahaja okay.

FACTS:

* N.E.R.D tak ada permit to perform in KL and they still did.

* Now N.E.R.D doesn't even wanna perform in Indonesia.

* Their alasan: "Don't want the same KL mess to happen in Indonesia."

* Immigration DG, Datuk Mahmodd Adam, told Bernama: "Following investigations, we found that the group did not receive permission from the Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage Ministry to perform at the concert."

* From Jakarta Post: "Earlier, N.E.R.D's Malaysian promoter had twice requested for the group to perform in Malaysia, but authorities had rejected both requests, saying the way the group members dressed was obscene."

I was there watching N.E.R.D but never thought that they performed tanpa permit. But then again, I am not a big fan of N.E.R.D ni pun. And hakikatnya ialah line up Sunburst 2009 tak menarik langsung.

Diorang ni menyanyi sambil bukak baju. Faizal Tahir bukak baju and was banned sebab it was live on TV but adakah kalau tak live ia maknanya okay? This type of fucking double standard should stop lah. Tapi itu opinion aku ajelah okay.

VIEWS:

* Kalau dah tak dapat permit selepas memohon dua kali, kenapa promoter masih membenarkan N.E.R.D untuk beraksi?

* Bukankah tindakan itu seperti menghina pihak berkuasa negara ini?

* Oleh kerana tidak mematuhi peraturan itu, sekarang kita melihat N.E.R.D enggan beraksi di Indonesia dengan alasan "bimbang" perkara yang jadi di Malaysia akan berulang di Indonesia.

* Pasti wujud impak negatif atas apa yang berlaku ini.

* In other words, kalau a fellow artiste tanya N.E.R.D tentang pengalaman beraksi di Malaysia, mereka barangkali menjawab: "Better be carefull dawg, we got fucked there!"

* Adakah kita blame the authorities?

* How could we blame the authorities when they clearly rejected the application?

Big question is:
KENAPA PROMOTER MASIH SURUH N.E.R.D PERFORM TANPA ADA PERMIT?

Can we actually do what ever fuck we want these dayz?
